Clubs and Activities at Spring Creek

Spring Creek Community Club (SCCC)

Members are residents interested in making Spring Creek a better place to live through activities and planned social outings. Members also volunteer for Community Outreach through the Louisa County Resource Council. The SCCC meets the first Tuesday of each month at 7:00pm in the Community Room at the Sports Clubhouse.


Art Guild

A group of artists working in oil, watercolor, stained glass and other various media. The group meets monthly on the first Thursday of each month in the library at the Sports Club at 1pm.  Meetings include education, demonstrations and field trips. 



Canasta is played on the third Wednesday of each month in the Community Room at the Sports Clubhouse from 6:30-9:00pm. All levels of play from beginner to experienced are welcome. It’s a great way to meet neighbors and create new friendships.


Garage Sale

Spring Creek residents host two community wide garage sales, the first Saturday in May and October.  It is a great opportunity to give your unwanted items a new home and pocket some extra cash. Clothes, toys, tools, and furniture are big sellers.

Mahjongg is played every Thursday at 2pm in the Sports Club.  All levels of play from beginner to experienced are welcome.

Santa Council

As a community, we “adopt” three families each your thought the Louis County Santa Council. We providefood for their Christmas dinner as well as other food for dinners and lunches during the school break. We also provide the children of these families with clothes, toys and books.


Screamin’ 5K

The Spring Creek Screamin’ 5K is a costume friendly run/walk though the rolling hills of our beautiful neighborhood. Lots of prizes and lots of fun. All proceeds benefit the Zion Crossroads Volunteer FireDepartment.


Sports Group

Manages matters pertaining to Sports Clubhouse, fitness center, pool, walking trails, playgrounds.  Meetings are held a week or two prior to each scheduled Advisory Council meeting.


Travel Club

Interested in traveling vicariously to various parts of the world? Join our periodic travelogue adventure presentations. There are no fees—just sharing experiences of visiting countries world wide. We share tips about travel insurance, the best internet sites for planning vacations and bargain travel.
